North Texas Football To Be On Food Network

Four football players will attempt to put down 8 pounds of chicken fried steak, a lot of mashed potatoes, and 10 slices of Texas Toast. It will be taking place Friday afternoon at the Cowtown Diner in Fort Worth. The show will air in the fall. If I have time I am going to try to make it down there for the filming!

I split this challenge with some friends. The chicken fried steak is actually really good for being so big and having to be cooked overnight.
