I was driving by the new stadium today and out of the corner of my eye I noticed a placard on a fence post near the tennis courts that advertised a meeting of the Denia Neighborhood Assn. Does anyone know if it has happened yet? If so, were there any fireworks?

Was that sign on UNT property? What are those people doing trespassing on university property? Yet another HOA out of control. :rolleyes1:

I was fixing to ask the same thing, I hope they are not trying to pimp out their no-growth HOA on University owned property.

To be specific, it was on a fence pole located at the corner of Bonnie Brae and Willowwood. That is university property, as it is the far southwest corner of the old golf course. I feel a law suit in the making.

The next step is for Denia to find its Avi Adelman. Hopefully, he won't be bitter enough to start stalking tailgates to take photos of people who stop to pee on a shrub or bush like Avi does on St. Patrick's Day in Greenville, but you never know. I just don't want to get pepper-sprayed right before the Houston game.

Those jerks in Denia hate fun. I was hotrodding my old minibike up and down the streets near my girlfriend's house when a guy who claimed to be from the neighborhood association flagged me down and told me I had to quit cause it was loud, illegal, and smoked too much. Needless to say I flipped him the bird, did a couple figure 8s in his yard and tore outta there.

Sweeeeet! We sue the Denia group for $78 million, pay off the stadium costs, and take the funds raised so far to begin expansion to 50K thus creating an even bigger parking/traffic problem in their neighborhood. Sounds like a win/win for the good guys. B)
