These preseason polls don't mean anything. Rivals.com is just a hair away from being the type of people who make love to donkeys. Anyone with eyes can see that we will end up wherever South Florida was under Canales - Top 40 or better, like a Michael Jackson song.

I'm beginning to see visions of an upset of Clemson.

Mike Dunbar—the former coordinator at Minnesota and Northwestern—was hired to oversee the unit. He has to find a way to get more production out of the passing game, especially.

I thought DD was the OC at NMSU?

No, New Mexico.

Ah, well they come in one spot ahead of the Aggies. Must good to be a fan of football in the state of New Mexico.

I think you will see us in the next five. Ill go for 98.

TFLF, where did the Rivals prognosticators have us beginning the year last year and where did we end up?

I think I would look at that before guzzling down a tanker truck full of green kool aid and predicting a Clemson upset.

Meaning?

To the best of my knowledge, he's still with the team, if that's what you mean.

Meaning? IMHO, Hill is our best returning CB and with a decent pass rush would have done much better. It is impossible to expect our CB's to be able to chase WR's all over the field without any pressure on the QB and then to criticize them. With decent pressure on the QB I think Hill would be one of the best in the SBC, but he doesn't get any mention in these early season publications.

What has happened to Royce Hill?

He sat out spring drills if I recall correctly...Scout is simply using the spring depth chart as a guide. My bet is Hill starts opposite one of the JUCOs and their projected starter, Chris Neal, only sees the field on ST.
