Arkstfan mention in a post on the Belt board that this may not me legal. If it is look for the folks at smu to start waving $$$ at AQ conferences.

Post on the Blt board by Arkstfan sez FedEx is denying that the article is true.

FedEx has issued a statement denying all parts of the article (except presumably that Fred Smith is CEO).
