Like Omar Infante?

Meh... Just a rich man's Nelson Norman.

Maybe he could be placed on the American League All-Star team to equal out the spare equation.

This reminded me of this conversation. So many instant celebrities that are so quickly forgotten after they falter.

Strasburg is no Dontrelle and you know it. Did you get the phrase ' celebrity' from Fox news during last election? Just curious.

Your right. Strasburg has never won 20 games in a season and has never helped his team win a world series, so he definitely is no Dontrelle.

As a matter of fact, he is simply, at this point, a .500 pitcher.

As far as the Fox News stuff, let's try and stay on topic, shall we?

If you morons want to see SS, he is pitching now on MLB network. He has already fanned 4 through 3IP. Maybe if you actually watched him and witnessed how big of a badass he is you wouldn't go on and sounding so ill-informed.

I guess we should have watched him when we had the chance...

Finally we can lay to rest the old theory of UNT90 being Shane Stant after we dubbed Nancy Kerrigan the "Next Big Thing."

Wow, that's topical... I actually had to go look up who Shane Stant was, and I had the notable advantage of having been alive when that incident happened.

Should have been up for the challenge but couldn't catch a basic reference. Total failure on my part. Now I now how Dan O'Brien felt.

Shame to see this happen to a talent like Strasburg.

I have an alibi. Iron clad.

You had to wonder when he went from 107 to the high 90s on the gun. I just wrote it off as the baseball version of the 4.2 forty. Maybe it was a sign.

UNTFlyer is to Rangers No Hitters as I am to Young Pitching talent.

This is probably UNTFlyer's fault. I blame him for everything baseball related now.
