Pac-10 To Offer Invites To 6 Big-12 Schools

Their "deserved" place among the elite conferences? Sounds to me like desperate pandering from a school who realizes their spot as a tick attached to the big dogs is very much in jeopardy. Nothing would make me happier than Nebraska and Missouri to go to the big 10, and for the PAC-10 to say they want Texas, aTm, ou, osu, tech and Colorado...and only those teams. Texas won't shed a tear for Baylor as they jump at the invite and no legislator would dare hinder ut and aTm to save Baylor. Texas can say they hold the cards all they want, but if the Big XII folds the PAC 10 gains leverage (or the sec, whomever wants the big 2 Texas schools). Texas WILL NOT pass up the chance to stay at the top of the heap to save a school they were forced to drag along 15 years ago.
