don't wanna sound so bias but judging from the school he attends (God's Academy) I think his family would push him towards TCU out of the options mentioned above. Just my 2 cents.

God's Academy is a prep school. Kids go there to further their basketball skills,It has nothing to do with religion

And as a private school, I'm sure they are free to offer athletic scholarships. A better education for a greatly reduced rate? Not about religion.
