I just read it over on Rivals. After 5 years at ULM...Orlando Early is stepping down as the head coach of the War Hawks.

Taking asst coaching job at South Carolina "to be closer to his family".

Seems like all Belt coaches end up in the SEC or vice versa.

This is all eerily familiar. It's like Buzz Williams all over again.

I just hope it isn't a signal of things to come. When you consider what ULM did in replacing Weatherbie and what budget may dictate they do in replacing Early... I don't want to mention New Orleans... But this does make me wonder about the state of their athletics program.

I had not thought of it, but they could do worse than hire the NO coach.
