From what I found Tulsa(27) to Duke (30) have relatively the same sitting capacity. Therefore, I think somewhere in this range should do justice. I doubt we will get any higher on the list than this.

I've heard somewhere in the neigborhood of 40' by 30' for the video board at the new place.

Also, you see Alabama listed down there near the bottom. With their new endzone addition to open this fall, they will have 4 scoreboards that size (one in each corner of the endzones).

Rick said yesterday it will be 50" by 30', compared to our current scoreboard which is 28' x 16'

If accurate, 1500 sq ft would put us at #29 right ahead of Big Tens Iowa and almost 4 times the sq footage of current scoreboard. Very nice!

nice size if true... and I almost forgot- In the current design, the scoreboard was a "wing-board". Has the.. well, wings on it. I'm hoping the wings will not follow it to the AC side of the stadium. That would be horrendous. UNTFlyer - have you seen the design - are we going wingless with the screen changing location?

How about the new one and the old one utilized somewhere else in the new stadium?

I'd rather we take the old screen out backwoods New Orleans Saints fan style.
