A Question About Eagle Point Golf Course

A while back someone posted the layout of the course, but now I can't find the it. Also, a copy of the old scorecard was posted. I can't find that one either. Would someone with better knowledge of these topics be kind enough to repost this information for me? I would be grateful for any help you can provide. Thank you.

I was the one who posted the old card...I had found a site online that seems to now be defunct. Its bound to still be in the bowels of GMG, but I searched for a bit and couldn't find it.
