Yeah, I remembered Dez's direct transfer, but wasn't sure exactly what the stipulations were. Would be kind of strange if he did a reverse Dez and ended up at smu. Certainly don't want to encourage him to go there, but it's close to home, and probably the place where he would be most likely to get extended PT next year. Especially in comparison to Texas or Baylor. Depending on the quality of law school that he is looking at, I guess TT would would be an option with some PT potential as well.

I think he's looking to transfer to a REAL basketball program. You know one that has a chance at winning and that ain't the SMU phonies.

I think he is planning on attending a university that has a better ACADEMIC reputation than SMU, especially if he attends law school. SMU's law school is good, but not great. Cornell would be a no brainer over SMU. If he has the grades and scores to get in, he would be crazy to go to SMU.

Yeah, I run around with quite a few attorneys and agree that smu's law school should only be considered "pretty good." A few years ago I think I would have considered it to be "not so good." Texas followed by Baylor have the best in the state IMO. Houston and TT certainly aren't bad, and some of the smaller TX law schools aren't too bad either. Hope he finds the right fit.
