I imagine that's going to be bumped up a whole bunch in 2011, assuming the coaching staff is kept intact next year.

Wondering what the coaching staff may have been told about success this season and what the student fee kick-in could bring for 2011 and beyond ?

I thought perhaps the salary UNT is paying Coach Canales would be supplemented by a buyout from South Florida. But if I understand this correctly, once Coach Canales took the job here, South Florida didn't owe him another thin dime.

Wow sure hope Canales is not reading that. Its to know UNT can win on a budget.

If he's any kind of coach, Canales will be a one year wonder at UNT. We have never paid our assistants enough to keep them around. Just think of all the good assistants we have had that left for other programs. Read more money.
