I don't think there will be any doubt after today's game that Purdue is the team we want. They scored 11 points in the first half against Minnesota because they have lost their best player Robbie Hummel. On the radio broadcast the announcer equated this Purdue team to last year's Illinois team who suffered a similar injury and fell to none other than Western Kentucky in the first round.

After losing so badly I doubt that Purdue will have a high enough seed for us to play them, but if the committee looks at the entire season, as they claim to, Purdue should get a 2 or 3 seed.
