Sounds like just a slew of financial and administrative differences and that major communication problems existed between the two.

I would have preferred Jackson be the one to submit the resignation letter. His aloofness and failure to fully explain himself and plans are well documented there. Not only did the President not understand him, but neither do the shareholders of UNT...us!
