I heard this. The best part was JJT getting exposed as a total Douche in the span of 2 questions from GGB. JJT said he would respect UNT when they went to the tournament and put a scare into a higher seeded team up to the 10 minute mark in the 2nd half. GGB immediately pointed out that was exactly what happened in 2007 against Memphis. JJT just stammered and said something incoherent about this being a different team. It was sooooo obvious that he 1) didn't know we played Memphis close, and 2) Didn't know we had been to the tourney in 2007.

What a freaking douchbag hypocrite. Here is a guy that will bring race into any issue, but, when talking about metroplex basketball, affords more respect to 2 basically all white private schools over the 4th largest public university in the state. Anyone else see any hypocrisy in his basketball views?

How the hell did you get so far off into the race thing?? Totally irrelevant, IMO. I think this has everything to do with him being a Big Conference Douche, than anything else. Since there are no Power Conference schools in DFW, he's latched on to SMU & TCU. I know this is cliche, but the SunBelt really get's little respect around here. I'm pretty sure JJT is an alum from one of the Big12 schools.......
