"I am tickled to death for our players [MTSU] to be regular season Sun Belt Champions..." Davis said.

Middle Tennessee will find out its seed and when it will play the Sun Belt Conference Championships on Sunday, Feb. 28 when it is officially released by the league office. Once the seeds and brackets have been announced by the Sun Belt all tournament information will be posted on goblueraiders.com.

Hell, if Kermit is going to lay claim to the regular season championship when they can do no better than the #3 seed, then I am going to claim it as well.

WOOHOO, UNT IS THE REGULAR SEASON SUN BELT CHAMPIONS!

Kind of like our first NO Bowl appearance; when they laid clam to the Sunbelt title as well.

They didn't have to lay claim...the Sunbelt recognizes it that way as well.

I think we should hang a regular season SBC Champ banner next year. Not Co-Champion, but Champion. If this conference practiced common sense, we would be the #1 seed.

A conspiracy by Lee Jackson and the SBC to rob UNT of prestige, therfore ensuring 1) we stay in the belt and; 2) UNT is moved to Dallas??

It all really comes down to what rule will they follow? The logical method of breaking the tie between the two division winners, or the nonsensical 3-way tie rule involving the East division's 2nd place team?
