Dude. I am seriously beginning to worry about you. You clearly don't understand that profession, or else you would understand that "needing an attorney" could mean anything from getting a Last Will and Testiment, getting a divorce, consulting with an employment attorney when unjustly disciplined (yes, it happens), contract attorneys, to civil attorneys who, yes, actually go to trial on civil lawsuits, which would make them... wait for it... trial attorneys.

At no point did I mention anything about defense attorneys.

What is it about the three published authors and everyone else in this thread who disagree with you that makes me the only one you want to debate about it? I'm not complaining, just curious?

Tristan was great, but Mangrum stole the show with his hustle. I'd give anything for him to have a full season without pain.

I think this has only been you and I, mano e mano. I didn't see any posts (besides KRAM, and have you ever tried to debate constant sunshine? It's just not any fun) that were in complete agreement with you.

It's just the easy way out to say that it's all the lawyers' fault, and a way oversimplification of a complex issue. I really hope you and your family never need one of these attorneys, but I bet it would completely change your opinion if you did.

Plus, it is kind of fun to get you going.
