No disrespect to Coach Ford but, you just did not hear the X's and O's speak from Ford that Coach Canales launched into during the chat session this morning. Coach Canales knows his stuff and it fired me up!

Completely agree. What a great idea to have coach Canales join that chat. I think he fired everyone up and is it possible his hire has turned what was sure to be a general disinterested attitude about the spring game into a must see event?

I really don't recall hearing much AT ALL from coach Ford.

With the limited time and venue in which he was talking, coach Canales came across as a guy very much like Todd Dodge in respect to his care for the guys as men and not just players. I hope to hear more from him soon.

I'd like to hear what some of the guys have to say about him. I don't recall hearing lots of guys praising coach Ford (not that they were bashing him or anything either). Hopefully, we'll hear them speak highly of coach Canales. You can accomplish more if you believe in what's coming down from leadership.
