Surely, Western Kentucky doesn't have a larger coaching budget than UNT??

I made this post for three key reasons:

#1 It certainly appears the team in which we can claim 3 of our past 5 victories against is getting stronger, by way of coaching staff.

#2 A successful program, no matter what conference or level it belongs to, will always be susceptible to losing coaches promoted to other programs.

#3 Something's seriously wrong if Western Kentucky can afford to pay their coaching staff more than UNT.
