Can they win on the road this year? No proof of it yet.

Can they close out a game or hold on to a lead when they're in command in the 2nd half? I'll believe it when I see it, and I saw all evidence to the contrary last year, twice.

Well, they have won on the road this year - something they didn't do last season till....like February. I'd give them the slight nod AT THIS POINT, but you're right - the West especially is a tossup. No one looks dominant by any stretch.
