I swear I don't mean to be constantly negative, but this is slow start to recruiting compared to previous Dodge classes.

Northern Illinois is a DI school and they have had much more success than us over the past 5 years , but yes I see your point. Or Were you talking about our PK ? His only offer was from LaMar

My bad, but the fact that I mistake them for a D1AA school says something (That I am football stupid?). It does make me feel better that they play on our level. Maybe this guy just wants immediate playing time.

That said, we are again recruiting the 7 or 8 best D-lineman from a JC conference.

Maybe he was confused between Northern and Southern Illinois. Southern, Northern, 1-AA, FCS, 1-A, FBS, what's the big deal? Still, one of those got one our de's as a transfer (one of those SLC standouts), now we're competing with the other one for a de. The important thing is, they're both passing us by!

Pardon me if I don't have a lot of confidence right now in the ability of this staff to develop "diamonds in the rough."

Just a guy on a visit. And yes, it is tough to keep all the directional schoools straight.
