I hate to take even more shots at TD , because it's not healthy to dislike someone but here goes :

* Again I really , really like TD as a person and a coach , just not as a HC *

Show was a bore : A lot of stadium talk & Army talk

A couple things stood out to me

1) He talked about about the DEF needed to work on getting turnovers , but didn't sya anthing about the need to fix ours :unsure:

2) He talked about how Darren Williams is a "next level" player and how good he is. I don't know what he meant by " next level" , but if he's really that good why has he been pretty much riding the pine all year after starting all of last ? :unsure:

3) IF TD is here next year doesn't sound like there is going to be a open battle for the QB position. TD talked about how exciting it will be next year w/ Lance and Riley coming back and that their numbers are ideal for their positions. Likes to have QBs w/ 2000 + yds & 500 + yds rushing :unsure:

I think TD will be here next season

      McGill scored in the 2nd Quarter.

      So was the radio play-by-play. Wish there was a video replay for me to see this. I also wish there was better checks-and-balances. In the NFL, can't a team submit a replay of a call to the NFL office for review, even if it doesn't mean a change in the final score? At least there would be some transparency and accountability. Based on the radio play by play, you would think that giving McGill the TD was a no-brainer, and the game might have ended up very differently. An option offense playing from behind is very different from one playing to keep a lead.. (granted, it was still early in our game)

      No moral victories

      We knew this 3-game stretch of Memphis, Tulane and Army would be tough. We lost by 8, 8 and 11 points. We are another year away (with better players and coaches).

      Fire the OC. The defense showed up.

      3 times within 15 yards and walking away with 0 points. There is nothing about that that is on the defense. Emmitt is right.

      This guy can coach

      I predict this will be his only season at Indiana. A bigger program will $$ whip him (and his players) into a new job. Speaking of Mike Norvell at FSU, they extended his contract last year (before the 63-3 loss to Georgia in the Orange Bowl). It goes thru 2031 at about $10M per season. But like A$M, they also have $$, so I wouldn't be surprised if they finish 1-11 they cut him loose to calm donors.
