Anything short of 5-0 is a disappointment.

That's what I was thinking. Tho I haven't looked into Wisconson-Milwaukee this year. Sometimes they're decent, that might be a competitive game.

WKU's smallish frontline will have some issues with this guy: James Eayrs...and they have a nice three guard rotation (if Tone Boyle is playing, he missed their opener), but this would be a middle of the road team in the Belt. WKU by 10.

Don't sell William Carey short. He has darkhorse written alllll over him! Especially with Troy still recovering from the infamous "Piedmont 40 minutes of hell!"

(boy, Troy sure has one helluva non-con so far...)

FAU still down big and ULL still in a dogfight - to I believe a Division 3 school.

I wonder if Louisiana College beats ULL they take the title of just "Louisiana" that Monroe and Lafayette always bitch about.

Good question.

Well, I'm about to head off to the UCLA game, so someone else will have to post the last two finals, or I'll do it in the morning.

Actually, they don't bitch about it that much. They pretty much have a gentleman's agreement. UL-Lafayette goes by Louisiana and UL-Monroe goes by ULM.

Slaughter drops 30 on UWM...

WKU - 69

UWM - 65

Looks like 5-0 will take one hell of a comeback...FAU down 24 at the half to SE LA.

Everyone else looks like they're in good shape for W's

SE La. is considered one of the favorites in the Southland this year (picked 2nd in their division behind SFA--last year's champ). Plus, we host SE La. on Tuesday Dec. 22

SE Louisiana beats FAU - 90-77

FAU scored 50 in the final half, but it wasn't enough to get out of their 24 point halftime hole. Shavar Richardson scored 20, and freshman Raymond Taylor contributed 25 points from the bench.

ULL wins against Louisiana College - 90-68

3 point game at halftime, but Louisiana College only hit one shot from the field in the first eight and a half minutes of the 2nd half. By that point, they were down double digits, and they never got close again. Ultimately shot 7 of 25 in the entire 2nd half with a bucket of turnovers to boot.
