Will be interesting to see how the media plays this one and what the "other" comedy talking heads do with it...for me, I think Letterman will feel no falloout to his career and the whole "affair" will quickly be dismissed. Besides, he needs to write another Palin joke.

I think they had this type of activity in mind when they created the sexual harassment laws, didn't they? Something about using your position (I mean job category here...don't go nuts on me with the comments) in the workplace to curry sexual favors, etc.

Letterman is the creep he said he was....Where is his Top 10: How You Know Dave Letterman is a Sexual Predator list?????

That would be more like a Jeff Foxworthy skit. A Dave list would be more like: "Top Ten Excuses Dave Should say on the Witness Stand."

I'm not condoning Lettermans actions (as we know of them thus far), but when did sexual harassment become an issue? There have been no accusations of harassment from his staff or former staff (thus far). None of the female staff he's had relationships with have come out and said they felt pressured to sleep with him.

Its great that you are so passionate about your hate for Letterman, but a full understanding of the situation would be helpful before laying down your public judgement and labeling of him ("womanizer" may be a better label than "sexual predator"). If you disagree, you may have a bright future with FOX News.

Sexual harassment had to do with the position of power that the harasser holds over the underling. That said, many of these women probably pursued him, but it still doesn't make the upstairs "bunker" (liberals can never get war terms right) any less creepy.
