Alabama had 8 players see their first start for the tide, against Vir Tech.

A couple of Bama's starters may be out for the North Texas game.

Saban wants to start out fast against North Texas, then cruise the full 60 minutes.

FIU only had 1 yd on 26 rushing attempts. Alabama did not put the FIU game away until the 4th qtr with

2 long TD runs.
