Just heard in the Todd Dodge show

Riley out this week...possibly out for MUTS, but shouldn't be longer than that...seemed optimistic that he would be back by then

Kelvin...out this week...back for MUTS...thought the injury was really serious, but ended up not as bad

Gill...won't know until later this afternoon

The whole situation could have been a lot worse

still sounds really bad when you are out 2 maybe 3 starters. Gotta wonder how this is going to weigh on the team's confidence level. I in know way expect to beat Alabama, but I don't want to see a 72-3 score either. I really hope that Riley is back for Muts. You'll see our running game go to crap w/o the threat of the QB running. I haven't seen Baine...any thoughts from anyone? Can he throw at all?

Losing Gill, our most athletic lineman, is huge in my opinion. Who steps in for him? Tomlinson?

According to Vito,

The question will be if UNT puts Tomlinson in at left tackle for Gill or kicks Esteban Santiago over to left tackle, leaving Tomlinson on the right side.

Here's the link to his take on the injury situation: http://meangreenblog.dentonrc.com/archives...-on-unts-i.html

Baine can play ball, better runner than passer but very heady and limits mistakes. he will do just fine if given the chance. although this game, tune or baine or dodge, good luck. lets hope the D can limit the damage early.
