Not much love for Solich there. I would have thought that they would have looked on him as a savior of their program.

IMHO, the love for Coach Solich, by the Ohio blog board, is about the same as the love for any football coach whose teams appear to be faultering by any blogger on their respective boards. Just take a look at some of the past posts for the last 5 years or so on this board.

Ohio has not been much a "power house" team:

yea, sure they had their moments from time to time like NT but just like most mid-major schools there is no consistancy.

It is again MHO that Coach Dodge and the "World Beating Tour" will beat Coach Solich's team which appears to be faultering again this year.....from six wins two years ago to four wins last year.

I would not be too hard on Coach Solich......I am sure he is doing the best he can with the resources that he is provided just like other coaches.
