Is anyone else old enough to remember "Mustang Mania" when Russ Potts was the Athletic Director there? They gave away a ton of tickets but some of them actually got used. I'm not sure that it helped their program in the long run but it got some people to go to their games that would have never gone without that giveaway program.

An unfortunate, though very real possibility. They were close in several games last year. The Texas teams in C-USA should be impressive this year.

Wonder if Jones will disclose how many tickets he personally purchased for distribution ? Butts in seats vs tickets purchased will be interesting. Will cameras be prohibited at Ford for the opening game ?
