My wife and I saw Dylan in Dallas...acoustic guitar and a chair on stage...That's all...he actually sounded terrible in person...the guy really has never been able to sing well...his greatness lies in his thought processes for writing and the sounds he gives to his songs. As a vocalist, he leave a very great deal to be desired. If you think he is a tad "rough" on his albums and records you should see him do a live acoustic guitar concert...a one-man show. Wow...loved the event, loved seeing Dylan in person but came away saying never again unless he has some "backup"...Ha!

GREATNESS is correct...pure songwriting greatness "live and in person".
