Not sure why some found this poll confusing. I went with 3. 6 would be unattainable, unless every Sun team is over rated. 4 or 5, that I think we can reach if win the first 2 games of the season. If we go 1-1, 3 wins max.

I'm not sure about wins, but if we score less than 18 points per game, can we trade the dodge clunker in and all get a $4,500 government voucher?

Actually, I think two wins and several "competitive" games gets Dodge back for year four....in fact, RV basically said as much already. Hopefully, we'll win 6+ this year and it will be a moot point.

Only on a message board that allows its posters to do so anonymously do you get this stuff.

I can't recall any other source that has said Dodge's job is in jeopardy, regardless of the number of wins.

That said, I will bet anyone here $100 that Dodge will coach NT next year. I will donate all my winnings (if we don't get to 10 that will accept the bet, I will round it up to $1000) to the stadium fund if those that win my money will do the same.

But, GMG.

If I had to pick a number I would say 5, but our competitiveness in games will be a major factor as well. If we win 5, and get blown out in 7, I think he's gone. But if we win 3-4 but remain competitive in all except Alabama, he will probably be back.

So if Todge were to get the axe, would Riley pack his bags? What if Riley has an amazing year that isn't reflected in the W column. There are too many variables to make a prediction based only on wins and loses. IMHO

IF we were to go winless, I doubt very seriously he would be back.

I believe it will take some demonstration of progress. 3 wins would definitely be progress, but otherwise I think the rumblings for change are going to get louder in a lot of areas, particularly the ones that matter.
