this is horse s&^%! the ncaa only cares about the teams from the major BCS confrences...if he transfered to UT...they would have let him play!

I'm wondering how the RB who transferred from USC to Arkansas got approved. I'm not crying about this. I'm just mad as hell. They could have said no months ago, but then, that might have given us time to appeal before the season starts. I'm sick to death of these situations.

Oh well, time for someone to step up! Who's going to be our next Fitz!

This is ridiculous on the NCAA's part, just showing their obvious bias to the money whores.

Good job NCAA on screwing the the smaller D1 programs.

This does suck, and you have to believe that if we didn't have "North" in front of our name he would be playing this year, but he isn't and someone WILL step up!

My question now is how many years he will actually be able to play for us??? 3 yrs??? 4 yrs???

I think he still has 4 yrs available.

This is a load of crap, this could have been handed down months ago. And there is case after case of players transfering due to family/ and hurricane problems that have been allowed to play. This is a serious blow, but it just leaves one more spot for someone else to step up.

I can't say I am the least bit surprised. I'm still questioning why everyone in the media (several had him listed as a starter) were so confident that he'd be able to play this year anyway.

It sucks because if it was reversed and he was transferring to OU from us insead of to us from OU he would've gotten the waiver. I guess iyou gotta keep the cash cow happy. I think we should have a thread for the BCS acronym. I'll go.
