Damn. I really, really enjoyed Arena Football. I mean, it was almost as good as home games for NT, short of the fact that the Desperados had better chances of winning games. The AFL was a great league, the speed of the game was great and so was being so close to the action. I'll miss it and I hope to see it back once things return to normal.

Also, thanks ESPN. The revenue money that could've come from televising the games could've brought back that $12mil or at least part of what was needed to keep an already lean-running league going. The AFL would've been fine as it really does a good job of holding football fans over in the dreaded spring between football seasons.
