It's just to difficult to tell this early. Romo seems to choke each year around playoff time (Last 3 years) and before that we didn't have a real QB. I think at most we win one playoff game if they get more aggresive.

The drama of last year should not be an issue this year. If Tony gets his head in the game and understand that winning is actually important, then the Cowboys could be great this year. If not, it'll be more of the same, T.O. or no T.O..

Tough call...tougher than what UNT's record will be in my opinion. Big question of injuries...if the Cowboys stay healthy and if a couple of the new additions (trades, new-signs and rookies) come through then I think they have an excellent chance of getting into the playoffs as a wild card. With the Cowboys in the east it's almost like being in the Big XII South...you can be better than a ton of teams and still miss out...both the Giants and the Eagles look to be pretty darn good going into the season...so, even a wildcard might be tough for the Cowboys, even if they have a better record at the end of the regular season. But, I say they'll stay healthy and a couple of guys will step up that we don't know THAT much about right now and they'll get a wildcard slot...will win that (yes, Tony gets the ape off his back), but they lose the next week.

Hey, it's training camp time and everyone looks good, right?

I have the same attitude about the Cowboy's chances for playoff success as I do about UNT's chances for regular season success. Junior Miller said it best: It is time to prove it. Both teams' credit as it relates to those objectives are shot with me. I'll root for them, but I'll buy into wholesale success when I see it, at this point.
