Holy Crap! Is she running for Miss South Carolina? She is definitely not a representative sampling of a person from Santa Cruz though. She's not angry enough, her hair is too long, and I can't smell the stench of 6 weeks of pot smoking and no bathing.

I would be curious to see how the city finances of Santa Cruz work though. They have city-wide health care, a produce company run by the homeless, squatter's rights, virtually decriminalized marijuana, and almost every business in town is local. I'm sure the property taxes during the boom paid for all the first two fine and dandy. I wonder how it's working out now.
