This is totally old news for us Mean Green fans but now it is plastered on the front pages of major websites front pages today. Where did all of this come from, ha ha... Seriously...

Oh well, according to rivals we are #120 out of #120 for the upcoming season and for their current stats and yahoo sports has an THE Embarrasing pic of Meager and his infamous fumble and goes on to say that we will be #120 for the upcoming 2009 season and had a two-year QB transfer to another school and will be having a new freshman QB to take his place. So thats basically what gave us the future ranking.

I don't really expect much for this upcoming season but #120 is really bottom of the barrel.

Channel Five had a big story on their sports news at 10:00 PM on Saturday night telling how North Texas was the worst college football team in America. It showed pictures of some of our players at practice and showed pictures of Coach Dodge. Isn't that just wonderful.

You know what I will love... if by chance we end up winning the belt and making another one of those highlight DVD's that we used to when we owned the conference... i would love to have articles and news reports like this in there with it.

It says a lot about a ranking service when the number 120 team has beaten the number 118 twice in two years.

The sad thing is that this is going into the 2009 season, so what happened in 08 even though we beat WKU isnt considered.

We lost key players, had other off-season troubles, this is the result. We'll see how far we can climb out of the cellar.

Im suprised that some people are shocked....
