I sure hope the Midshipmen are Bowl eligible. They should be...so, who will the Big XII team be? I know, I know...it's early...but, I want to talk football!

Avoid the capitalization restrictions of forum thread titles. Spacing it out allows ESPN to be properly capitalized, instead of coming out as "Espn".

The article says the N.O. bowl contract with the Belt runs out soon and the two sides are not yet eye to eye on the details. N.O. is an amazing destination...any chance another league comes in with a sweetheart deal?

The NO Bowl deal will get done. They had a record breaking crowd at last year's game. Most of the SBC schools are geographically friendly with New Orleans, why throw mud in their eyes when they've been so good to the Belt? The SBC should quit wasting time & put their resources towards getting more Bowl tie ins......

Have you considered the possibility that the other bowls the conference has been talking to might only be interested in the Sun Belt if we agree to send our champion there a couple times over the life of a four year contract and without that possibility have said no thanks?

Hmmm, good point. Unless more money is involved from these other Bowls, the NO Bowl should get preferential treatment, IMO.
