Just a few notes to pass along. UNT will not have to play @ Denver this year. We will have only one game vs the Pioneers and it will be @ the Pit on Feb 13th. According to scout.com JJ has offered 2010 SA Wagner SG Jordan Clarkson. He's listed at 6'3 & 170pds with offers also from TCu,Tulsa,Indiana St, & San Fransico. It's weird coming from scout since there hasn't been a prospect listed for NT in 5 years , Justin Howerton.

Other news , it looks like Isaih's 1st game @ FIU will be vs Ohio State on Nov 9th in the Coaches vs Cancer tournament.

Rivals shows him as averaging 20 ppg an 6 rebounds per game. They show him with offers from Tulsa, Indiana State, San Francisco, UTA and UTSA. They show him as having medium interest in us but no offer.

I'd guess Johnny saw him at the GASO and was impressed. I understand that he played on a Dallas/San Antonio team that was a Blue Division finalist.

I wonder who our double up squad in the East will be this season.

Who was it last year? FAU, right?

Fingers crossed for FIU. Everyone else in the East is potentially very scary.

I just looked it up... It was MTSU. Man, what a raw deal that was.

The 2009-10 men’s basketball schedule for ULM isn’t quite complete but we’ve got a first look at the highlights.

The Warhawks open the season in Baton Rouge at LSU on Nov. 13. ULM is 0-4 against the Tigers, with the last meeting coming in 2006-07. Back at Fant-Ewing Coliseum two days later, ULM plays its home opener against Alcorn State on Nov. 15.

ULM makes the jaunt to Oklahoma on Nov. 17, then returns a trip to Morehead State on Nov. 21. The Warhawks haven’t played the Sooners since 1996-97, the last of three games in the series. The non-conference schedule still has a hole to fill in late November. Discussions with Grambling State weren't fruitful, so ULM coach Orlando Early is still looking.

“We’d love a home game on the 24th or the 25th,” Early said. “We’re working on finishing that up.”

A trip to Centenary on Nov. 27 wraps the opening month of the season. Early said he plans to maintain a home-and-home series with the Gents. The revived basketball series with Louisiana Tech returns to Monroe on Dec. 2. The Warhawks played in Ruston last year, marking the first game between the schools since 1990-91.

Early, a former Alabama assistant, returns to Tuscaloosa, Ala., for a Dec. 5 contest. Sun Belt Conference play begins for ULM at North Texas on Dec. 13. ULM continues a home-and-home non-conference series at Northern Colorado on Dec. 16. The

Adler, thanks for putting the fight song You Tube video up. Mine had inadvertantly been deleted from my favorites and I needed something to get my football pants stirred up again. :clapping:
