Tony Ollison the head strength coach for the Dallas Desperadoes. Those guys aren't playing this year anyway, and he has experience as an assistant strength coach with the Dallas Cowboys, the University of Arkansas, and the University of Tennessee. Check out his bio on the Desperadoes site.

Most of the Desperados coaches and staff pull double duty with the Cowboys. For example, Will McClay does scouting for the big club in addition to his role as head coach for the Arena team. If I recall correctly, the Cowboys hired him away from the Jaguars.

The only way we'd get Ollison is if he thought leaving the Cowboys organization to come coach for us was a savvy career move.
