"And while coaches June Jones and Todd Dodge try to resurrect the on-field fortunes of SMU and North Texas, TCU keeps getting better – and its schedule stronger – under Gary Patterson. The Horned Frogs have non-conference home games against Texas Tech in 2011; Oklahoma, Virginia and Navy in 2012; LSU in 2014; and Arkansas in 2016."

Impressive. Hats off to the Frogs.

Capacity 44,008. Shows you don't have to have a 50K stadium to host some of these premier programs.

No mention on UNT's new stadium...Was there?

It mentioned NT hosting Army this year but nothing on the new stadium. The article was mainly about DFW hosting many big college games and programs. It has as much to do with the central location of DFW, hot recruiting area, and new Cowboys stadium as anything else, just a snippet about the local schools.

The Star-Telegram had a similar article on Sunday. They mentioned our game Vs Army but really talked more about all the high level games coming to the new Cowboys facility and to The Cotton Bowl.

Other than Texas/ OU--what high $$$ games are at the Cotton Bowl--- TAM-C vs. ACC, Gambling vs. Prairie View, and AR- PB vs. Southern are not my idea of high $$$ games. TX/OU will be gone to Jerry's World just as soon as present contract expires.
