Ahh, the greatest spring/summer of my life. I still remember having to use my laptop to log online through my small watch store's fax maching to listen to the games online. That night I stayed in the store after closing just to listen to the game. I left right after the 2nd overtime to try and make it back to Mesquite from Vista Ridge. Lol. I was about 1.5 miles from home when Hull scored. I ran in the house to watch the celebration.

I still love to hera Sabre fans bitch about the goal though. They dont seem to realize that because Hull was the last player to touch the puck, his skate was allowed to be in the crease. Yes, it was a stupid rule, but it was in the rulebook. Even if the goal was disallowed, the Stars were still to strong. They would have won the cup.

I cant wait until the next time. The Stars are actually pretty close.
