I thought the basketball Forum had gone nuts, up 800 replies in less then 24 hours. But other than the stat I see no sign of the activity, so how did it jump up 800 replies over night? Wow maybe someone is tinkering with the numbers.

Could be people viewing certain articles. We don't tinker with numbers here, never have.

No, just wondering, relies jumped since Sunday, I believe you have to a physical reply to count. At least that is how I thought works, I use vBulletin by Jelsoft Enterprises for the forum I set up at my company. I have a forum set up for projects and I use the replies to watch for changes. I noticed a bump from 32,132 roughly to 32,909 on the basketball forum, don't know why I remember these things but they tend to stick in my mind. I thought it was some crazy activity, and the basketball forum did not reflect the change. Anyway I was just curious technically why it would jump.

It's because the Basketball forum suddenly realized that the Sun Belt has more players (2) starting in the NBA finals than any other conference. Take that C-USA! Scoreboard!
