WOW! I had no idea that he had cancer. What a great college player he was...if you had the chance to watch him play, you had the opportunity to watch "greatness" play. I recall wishing the Cowboys (OSU) could find some way to stop the guy! Too bad. I will have to look up a couple of theose albums and see what he was about after basketball.

Very good bassist. Big in the smooth jazz genre. Alot of the younger artsy crowd don't even know he played bball. Definitely a renaissance man. Big loss.
