For those who questioned this commit because it came from scout.com and not from Rivals and ESPN, Rivals now also shows him committed to NT as a "soft verbal" . As of now his only other offers are from Wyoming and NT.

NT has also made an offer to a dual QB with some very good stats and info I guess in case Hall doesn't follow through. Either would be a great sign. NT has made offers to teammates of both QB's and/or has teammates that show interest in NT.
