Good suggestion. Plus, it's really inexpensive. I used to have it when I rented.

Unfortunately one of my wife's friends lost everything. Renter's is a must.

When I finally got it, I was surprised at how cheap it was. I lived in that appartment complex in college. I think this is the second major fire at that complex in liek 5 years.

Could be. Lots of trees and squirrels in that area. Rats and squirrels love to get in attics and gnaw on things. I used to live at Woodhill too.
