Hooray beer!!!

Shiner's been my favorite since I could legally drink it. Glad that they've expanded distribution so that I can get it in CO (my understanding is that it was mostly a regional (i.e. Texas) beer until the 90's). New Belgium (#3) is great too.

What are some other Texas breweries...never paid much attention, but the Shiner brewery is the only one I can think of.

St. Arnolds

Live Oak

Real Ale

Celis (though, that may not be brewed in Austin anymore)

Rahr

Healthy Brewery

I'm sure there's more, thats just what I got off the top of my head

Shiner is the only brewery from Texas in there.

47 Pete's Brewing Co. San Antonio TX

Can't say that I have had it for sure. I will look to try it.
