But I love how the obama regurgitation machine swiftly stepped up to help him take credit only 11 minutes after he spoke to Cpt Phillips on the phone. CBS radio yesterday evening even went so far as to paint the image in their report that B.O. gave the order to shoot. LOL!

Right, and I didn't respond to your first post, I responded to the third one. And people can continue to praise Bush or criticise him all they want to. He still took action abroad that kept us safe the next 7 years. Will B.O. be able to say the same when he's done destroying this great nation?

How about every form of media beside your world net dailys or newsmaxes are reporting that. He gave the authorization to shoot if necessary. The admiral who was in charge is the one that ultimately made the decision to fire. Just like Roosevelt & Congress authorized war, yet Eisenhower & Patton did the planning & strategy. Obama's not 'taking credit' for anything.

I know you and I'm stunned that you are wishing failure on this country. Because if our President fails, out country fails. Just look at the last eight years for proof. Oh good grief!, you have got to be kidding me? Where have I wished failure for this country? Did I sit in the pews of a church listening to a man spew racist hatred for it for 20 years? Have I associated with people who actually took up "arms", in the form of bombs against this country, starting my career at his home? Ever hear my wife say for the first time in her adult life she's just now proud of her country(now that her husband was winning primary's)?. Ever hear me tell the rest of the world this is a nation of "Cowards" or is an "Arrogant" nation? No one is afraid of B.O. turning this country around because everyone knows it isn't going to happen through his massive, power-grabbing vacuum policy's. And we've been over and over time after time as to why the economy went into the tank and the newspapers have been declining for years for numerous reasons, very little if any of it lies at the feet o George Bush. Stop worrying about George Bush. B.O. and congress is now the problem. Not George Bush. The sooner you get that through your thick skull the sooner you can wake up to the real concerns that face this country.

You can't spend your way out of a recession or depression. Roosesevelt couldn't do it. Carter couldn't do it and B.O. won't either. Big Government isn't the answer to the problem, Big Government IS the problem.

Rick, its the same old argument. Its ok for people to fight Bush becuase they are just exercising their right, however if you fight Obama, you want this country to fail. Yadda yadda yadda. How Obama delayed rescue efforts.

They say the response duty office at the Pentagon was initially unwilling to grant an order to use lethal force to rescue Phillips. They also report the White House refused to authorize deployment of a Navy SEAL team to the location for 36 hours, despite the recommendation of the on-scene commander.

Maybe this explains a bit about when Phillips leaped over the side of the boat in an attempt to swim away only to be recaptured without any attempts for rescue from the Navy ship standing close by.
