I attended the "Believe It" new stadium event Saturday, which was very

exciting, to hear the VIP's discuss current plans and objectives.

One point that was brought up, is this. A new, dedicated web site is being

developed just for the New Stadium project, with all the bells and whistles

to keep the project updated for the NT fans.

Great news - BUT-

The web site is under construction, and will not be up and runing.

May take a "few weeks" before the site is available.

what i understood being at the stadium thing on saturday, was that they were re-doing the entire athletic site with a part dedicated to the new stadium. im not sure but i dont think there will be just a seperate stadium website, just a seperate page on the NEW athletic website.

      McNeese road trip?

      Is anyone planning - or thinking about - a road trip to Lake Charles? I realized today I'll be there Monday the 18th - making a casino trip Sunday thru Tuesday for my wife's birthday, so why not go?! I checked out the McNeese web site - tickets are only $10 or $15, and parking is free.       DRC: UNT hires new volleyball coach

      Does anyone know how many years Porter was signed for? Nearing the end of Year 3, the team had a tough nonconference schedule but started AAC play 3-0 only to have a mega collapse, losing their eighth of ten tonight against FAU to fall to 8-16, 5-8.I have not heard of any major injuries.

      Bye week bad?

      Interesting bit of information from the Cal/WF game. The WF coach did a study going back 20 years and the team coming off a bye week was at a disadvantage in the game following the bye week. Due to getting out of a routine…at least that’s the thought as to why.

      I'm guessing that the reason the wing has no seats available might be that it will be filled with Army troops.
