It is rather funny when you think about it. Many on this board will laud signing a coach's son, ie (DB/LB) Phillips, etc. "Because coaches sons are raised to play football etc etc. "They know the game etc etc." They've got the fundamentals engrained, etc etc." But if it is the HC son then...

why would anyone think about being disinterested in a recruit who originally signed with Texas even if it is the coach's son? personally, better here than that crappy school in austin. does that make two bcs players that have defected to play for NT this year?

that was classy of chase daniels to make the visit.
