Status Of Gmg Bowl 2009

Ok spoke to Hank this morning. They have an operations meeting today. Should hopefully have an answer today.

I threw out the 25th in addition to the 11th in case Easter weekend was bad for them or too many of us.

Update.

I will have an answer on the date by Friday the latest. They are tied up with the home game on Wednesday for BBall

Also can anyone who has played previously help me with a Tshirt Question.

What was the setup. Were they all 1 color or 1 color for each team. Did we have numbers on the back?

Right now I am doing 20 white and 20 green with a singular logo in black. In the interests of $.

Thoughts?

It's been a long time since I've done a t-shirt run, but back then, then setup cost was related to the screen print design. The shirt color was like getting a job at Kinko's with half on white paper and the other half on green. That said, I'll take mine on burnt orange please.

Its the screen print that will drive the cost. just wondering if we need 2 color shirts. Regardless I will be coming in under $9 a tee it looks like

'll get yours in burnt orange, just beware that people wearing that color during the game are eligible to be tackled

In the past, we have done two colors, a green team, and a white team.

Green Shirt White Print and then a White SHirt with Green Print

1 color per shirt, shouldn't hurt press prices to much

Probably cheaper to have the printing be black and just have different shirt colors. Printing white on a dark color is more expensive, as it requires multiple passes to get the white to take on the dark fabric. At least that is what I was told the last time I was doing shirts for something.

95% chance its on 4/11 just waiting on confirmation from Hank and Brian.

Might go straight to meangreendork, since he's the one who designed the last few logos; the man's skills really don't need an agent.

I might be up for the 3.5-hour commute to play. Depends on game time and my work travel schedule.
