Tennis hosts #32 Tulsa and #54 FIU

They play this afternoon against Tulsa and then Sunday against FIU.

This is a measuring stick for the team and how far they still much go. Last weekends dismal showing against Louisville, does not help.

Seems like Sophmore Slumps for Kazarova and maybe Madura, but the team is young with 3 of Top4 only Fr/So. and 5 of Top 6 underclassman.

Good luck to the ladies and if anypnme makes it out for the free food and drinks, please let us know how the team looks.

Though the ladies fell, this was one of the most intense tennis matches I have seen since warranch opened.

Congrats to the ladies, they did a hell of a job.

Sounded like we had a real shot to win. Lost acouple of close 3 setters. Tennis is really turning around.

seeing the scores, it easily could have been 4-3 UNT. Top2 lost in 3 sets after winning the first. #3 was tough having a Fr. playing a seasoned Sr.

Hopefully they can build play a competitive match against FIU tomorrow morning.

team lost 4-2 to FIU.

Madura scored a big win over #58 player in nation.

FIU is a notch above UNT and they are young with a So/Fr @ #1-2. Also they have no Seniors.

UNT will need to bring in a big time recruit next year in order to compete with FIUs, Denver, and USA.

They should win the next 5 matches though with UTEP, Troy on the home docket.
